Started the company with an emphasis on helping organizations raise money to reach their fundraising goals.

Each order is roasted after it is received so the coffee is at the peak of flavor when you get it.

Fundraising Steps

1. Get Started

Your organization will sell the following: 16oz bag of Salty Oak Coffee. For each item sold, you will earn $5.00. We offer three of our best coffees (Medium Roast, Dark Roast, Decaf).

2. Set a Timeline

We utilize a two-week selling period to allow the fundraiser to gain enough momentum to maximize selling.

3. Start Raising Money!

Distribute copies of our order form to all individuals who will be participating. Make sure individuals are collecting money as customers place their orders. Note: All checks should be made out to your school/organization.

4. Submit the Order

Once the selling dates are completed, the contact person for the fundraiser will submit one order form for the entire order for the organization to Rod@saltyoakcoffee.com and we will start roasting the coffee. To ensure the ultimate freshness and taste of the coffee we only roast after receiving the order. Turnaround time is usually 5-10 business days.

5. Schedule Delivery

Schedule a date and time for delivery of your coffee. Your entire fundraising order will be delivered to the central location. On the scheduled date, receive your coffee and pay delivery person(invoice will be emailed to you).
